Only our survey page collects data from users. This data is anonymized and cannot identify particular users. Do note that is may collect IP addresses from devices not attached to our network.

At any point you can contact us to request the personal data we hold on you as well as why we have that personal data, who has access to the personal data and where we got the personal data. Once we have received your request we will respond within a reasonable time period (and in any event no longer than 30 days from the date of your request).
